会計・財務チームの1名のスタッフの管理を行います。また、Senior Managementに報告を行うポジションになります。

〈仕事内容詳細〉

- Prepare monthly reports for the company and group
- Prepare periodic cash flow statements and conduct annual financial closing
- Verify invoice details, record journal entries, and process payments
- Monitor employee expense claims, inventory changes
- Prepare all tax returns
- Verify withholding tax, stamp duty, and process payments
- Create financial models for forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators
- Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast
- Conduct cost analysis and new store feasibility studies
- Collaborate with business units for financial insights and decision support
- Prepare ad-hoc financial report for management and manage ad-hoc projects

応募資格

必須: - 10+ years experience working in international company handling all areas of accounting and finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial challenges
- Strong in both Japanese and English.

雇用形態: 正社員

勤務地: 東京

勤務時間: フレックスタイム・在宅勤務制度有
コアタイム：10:00-17:00

年収・給与: 800万円～1000万円程度
※候補者様のご経験やスキルに応じて上下に変動致します。
