【業務内容詳細】
-Report to Logistics Manager
-Ensures compliance with local government regulations and requirements in our operations.
-Oversees and coordinates Customs clearance processes with vendors, and communicates with Japanese Customs as necessary.
-Prepares the annual budget and manages the department's financial performance.
-Monitors delivery performance and implements corrective actions to improve outcomes.
-Takes proactive steps to optimize service availability and reduce the impact of service disruptions.
-Manages relationships with vendors and third-party outsourcing partners to ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon standards.
-Builds and maintains strong relationships with overseas partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
-Manages responses to inquiries, order processing, billing, shipping, and negotiations related to letters of credit.
-Ensures support services are delivered in line with established standards of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
-Plans and implements initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
-Oversees day-to-day operations using internal systems.
-Manages relationships with carriers and forwarders for specific lanes, overseeing everything from contract negotiations to continuous monitoring of performance, reporting, cost management, insurance handling, and traffic planning.
-Verifies all freight expenses and conducts various cost analyses, along with preparing monthly transportation reports.

- 必須
-
-Experience of at least 3 years in the export and import business at foreign capital companies
-Knowledge/Requires of import/export customs clearance
-A customs broker license is a plus (knowledge of footwear tariff classification is welcomed)
-Familiarity with tariffs, preferential trade agreements, TPP, RCEP, etc., is preferred
-Intermediate or higher level of English (comfortable with meetings and emails in English) and native-level Japanese is mandatory
-To be Team worker /Customer service orientated and Good follow-up
-Diligent, committed and organized, ability to meet reporting and other deadlines is essential
-Excellent analytical skills, quick learning abilities and strong oral and written communication skills
-Hands-on attitude including manual input, willingness to get into the details and ability to work quickly on multi-tasks
