An international electronic solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop high-impact value propositions for executive-level clients
* Create and implement business plans to gain executive commitment
* Design and execute business account plans and conduct quarterly reviews with sales management
* Foster strong relationships with target customers to drive growth
* Analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in direct sales for new customers
* Prior experience in relationship management for senior management level as a trusted partner
* Proven experience with major cloud vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle) is ideal
* Background in major cloud consulting firms Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC) is a plus
* Understanding of data security
* Native level Japanese; business level English
