An international component supplier is searching for an Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Approach customers to obtain essential and potential RFQs
* Quote to the customer with price strategy to win project which in pursue, work on the strategy for roadmap projects
* Maintain projects' profit margin while in development phase, handle price adjustment in mass production
* Manage new tooling engineering requests and program launches throughout the product realisation process
* Support PM to summarise and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management
* Support PM to utilise the open issues matrix which includes risk mitigation plans
* Support PM to develop and manage the program budget and report updates to management
* Conduct timely and meaningful performance evaluations for direct reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or business administration
* Prior experience working cross-culturally on global teams
* Advanced level MS Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Native level Japanese; English and Chinese are preferred
