〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Financial Planning and Analysis supporting all areas of the business (marketing, retail, supply chain etc.)
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements, provide guidance to senior management
- Provide detailed forecast and reports based on strategic initiatives for the business, finance team including monthly financial forecasts (sales, inventories, gross margins etc) based on previous performance, trends and advice from other stake holders.
- Lead variance analysis and historical performance against plan and forecasts. Provide guidance to senior management.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve sales and operations, provide findings and recommendations to senior management.

- 必須

- Advanced Degree in accounting, business or Finance. USGAAP/IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial software
- Ability to communicate with both domestic and international stake holders
