A renowned international fashion company is looking for a Business Controller.Responsibilities:
* Manage all controlling tasks including commercial, corporate, inventory, HR, and internal controls
* Facilitate communication between the COO, other functions, and the financial reporting team
* Partner with other functions to analyse business KPIs and improve business planning
* Prepare financial simulations and business cases for projects
* Monitor investments and sales, creating comprehensive forecasts
* Lead financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and conduct ad hoc checks on spending to improve resource usage
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in finance controlling or FP&A with control focus
* Experience in an international company or audit firm is a plus
* Prior experience leading project management
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level English and Japanese
