募集背景: A renowned automotive brand is looking for a General Manager. The selected candidate will manage all branches of the brand, overseeing sales, team development, and P&L responsibilities while driving growth and customer satisfaction.

仕事内容: A renowned automotive brand is looking for a General Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Define annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and key activities
* Manage monthly sales plans, profit control, forecasting, and implement countermeasures
* Track and analyse sales statistics, KPIs, and develop action plans
* Monitor revenue, gross profit, costs, and optimise P&L performance
* Determine discount rates and sales consultant incentive programs
* Collaborate with Japan to implement brand strategy, training, and promotional activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 15-20 years of Import car sales experience
* Practical experience with sales and marketing campaigns and social networking/online activities
* Prior experience with social networking/online activities
* Experience in sales and dealership financial logic and KPI's
* Understanding of management policies and requirements to achieve goals
* Excellent track record in a management/practical position in the automotive industry
* Passion and desire to develop a lifestyle-oriented brand
