仕事内容: A global financial services company is looking for a Compliance Specialist.
Responsibilities:

* Monitor and address compliance-related alerts
* Verify merchant information and conduct due diligence reviews
* Ensure daily operation deliverables are met within established SLAs
* Interact with customers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
* Provide coaching and training on account reviews for junior team members
* Provide final sign-off and subject matter expertise on account-level reviews
* Conduct regular reviews of operations processes to enhance efficiency
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Risk, and other teams
* Work closely with program managers to maintain and update compliance programs
* Communicate with customers and corporate partners regarding compliance monitoring

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 2 years in a compliance or compliance operations role
* Practical experience in compliance work or financial services within the payment or Fintech space
* Experience in compliance or risk work with financial institutions or payment companies preferred
* Proficient in transaction analysis across various financial products and services
* Passion for the industry and technology, with a strong interest in compliance and regulatory work
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
