An international manufacturing company is seeking a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers to identify and secure sales opportunities
* Strengthen the company's reputation as a preferred supplier among OEMs and Tier 1 customers
* Collaborate with global KAMs to provide technical proposals and evaluate customer specifications
* Manage customer interactions during product proposals, feasibility studies, and program launches
* Coordinate with internal teams for prototype builds, program launches, and technical workshops
* Develop cost models, prepare quote packages, and track sales forecasts to meet revenue goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in automotive application sales or program or business management at a Tier 1 automotive supplier
* More than 5 years of automotive sales or business development experience in a Tier 1 supplier
* Knowledge of the working conditions and culture of a foreign company in Japan
* Understanding of OEM new product launch process
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Background in project management is a plus
* Proficient in English
