A global leader in automation machinery manufacturing is seeking an HRBP.Responsibilities:
* Understand overall business and HR strategy, translating it effectively
* Act as a trusted Business Partner, advising on change management, culture, and engagement
* Manage talent acquisition, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Partner with COE to develop employee competence and performance
* Guide employee relations and manage payroll processes in compliance with local laws
* Lead employee engagement activities and handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in human resources
* 5-7 years of related business experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Understanding of labor laws and HR practices
* Proficient in English
