An international luxury brand is searching for an HR Staff.Responsibilities:
* Manage labour operations such as payroll accounting procedures and systems
* Introduce systems for improving the efficiency of labour operations
* Ensure compliance with laws related to revisions
* Conduct individual interviews with employees facing certain circumstances and propose solutions
* Understand and mitigate labour risks
* Lead the integration process during acquisitions, building an in-house flow up to stable operation
Requirements:
* More than 2 years of payroll experience (in-house or vendor are welcome)
* Strong analytical skills
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
