A multinational eCommerce is searching for a Compliance/Risk Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support compliance requirements for product launch operations
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish and implement processes against established policies
* Provide accurate product risk assessments and classifications for products to ensure regulatory compliance
* Work with internal technology teams to develop creative business processes that scale
* Manage competing perspectives of stakeholders to drive conformity
* Provide guidance to business and legal teams on product safety and compliance complexities
* Engage with local regulatory agencies on technical, safety, and compliance matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 3 years of experience in program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
* Experience handling confidential information
* Experience in regulatory filings and reports or equivalent is preferred
* Experience in SQL and Excel
* Professional auditing qualification, similar risk, or compliance credentials
* Professional level Japanese and English
