A renowned data center service provider is looking for an EHS Manager.Responsibilities:
* Promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning in EHS initiatives
* Implement EHS policies across construction and operational phases
* Enforce compliance with local and national EHS regulations and industry standards
* Conduct site-specific risk assessments and audits to ensure EHS compliance
* Lead EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors
* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in environmental, occupational health, and safety
* 5-8 years of experience in EHS
* More than 3 years of experience in mission-critical projects or facilities
* Possess a valid NEVOSH or equivalent qualifications
* Bilingual level Japanese and English
