A renowned financial services company is looking for a Regional Business Manager.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and maintain monthly financial and headcount forecasts, including annual budgets
* Generate and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy in variances, P&L tracking, and capitalisations
* Oversee month-end accruals, prepayments, and postings for accurate financials
* Evaluate and approve spending requests in line with budgets
* Develop and review project allocation keys for precise cost distribution
* Support regional budget reviews and cost assessments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in a relevant domain is desired
* More than 3 years in a managerial role is ideal
* Experience with forecasting and budgeting
* Background with cash, P&L, capitalisation, and accruals
* Skilled in MS Office Suite and Project
* Proficient in Apptio/TCO
* Business level Japanese; fluent level English
