* Collaborate with the head of the studio on strategy development and business planning
* Oversee creative sales and proposal submissions for clients and media
* Manage and produce creative projects
* Drive improvements in creative workflows and organisational strategies
* Leverage connections to secure new clients and lead sales efforts
* Develop and execute public relations strategies
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience at an agency or design firm
* More than 5 years of experience in creative executive or management roles
* Experience in growth and sales to creative organisations
* Bilingual level Japanese
