A global online retail company is seeking a CTO.Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain critical systems for operating the hobby-related eCommerce site, warehouse management system, and sales website
* Define the company's technology strategy
* Lead and develop the technology team
* Communicate with internal engineers, especially for providing delivery services to overseas users
* Manage a team of 5 to 10 external contractors
* Collaborate with business leaders to establish monthly and yearly development plans, adapting to changing business environments
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in web system development
* More than 5 years of experience in system development management
* Experience in eCommerce site development and operation is ideal
* Business level English
