An international biotechnology company is looking for an IB Finance Admin.Responsibilities:
* Authorise and monitor movements of company instruments and update SAP records
* Ensure timely and accurate updates of the installed base in SAP
* Check maintenance contract coverage for all installed instruments
* Develop action plans to improve installed base performance and contract coverage
* Handle monthly closing operations for fixed assets, including disposals and depreciation
* Prepare and manage asset reports, including local, tax, and group reporting
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience as an accountant (asset accounting)
* Experience in SAP is a plus
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Possess valid Bookkeeping second-grade qualification
* Business level Japanese and English
