An international eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Manager for Operations.Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop regional capacity, including infrastructure and workforce
* Execute operational plans to enhance customer experience and efficiency
* Establish and monitor regional performance goals, driving continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resource alignment and project success
* Implement process improvements and standard practices across regional locations
* Lead a dispersed workforce, focusing on safety, engagement, and development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in operations or business (supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
* Experience leading and developing a team of more than 10 people
* Prior experience leafing a rapid expansion plan is preferred
* Business level English and Japanese
