A global power management company is seeking a Solution Partner Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support local distributors and partners in achieving sales targets for data centre solutions including UPS, transformers, and monitoring systems
* Lead factory witness tests, facilitating communication between Japanese customers and manufacturing plant in China
* Act as account manager for distributors, developing account plans and managing forecasts and reports
* Handle quoting, order processing, and coordination with the East Asia internal team
* Collaborate with sourcing suppliers and field application engineers to provide quotations for required equipment
* Recruit new distributors, finalise contracts, and support business reviews and project meetings
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Sales experience in the electrical products market
* Knowledge of UPS, batteries, power monitoring systems, and basic IP-based networking
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Basic skills in using web meeting applications (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
* Proficient in Japanese and English
