仕事内容: A global biotechnology company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial compliance and lead GL accounting processes
* Provide market insights and ensure regular compliance improvements
* Identify potential accounting issues and collaborate with the APAC team to resolve them
* Manage monthly book closing and execute closing processes
* Oversee manual journal entries for payroll, deferrals, and accruals
* Reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy
* Lead statutory accounts preparation and audits, liaising with auditors
* Manage commercial order to cash processes, including revenue adjustments, credit, and inventory management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, business, finance, or a relevant domain
* More than 10 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in international pharmaceutical and life sciences
* Understanding of bookkeeping, local accounting principles, practices, etc.
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
