募集背景: A global luxury cosmetics company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected applicant will lead the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. This is a hybrid setup role.

仕事内容: A global luxury cosmetics company is looking for an Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary contact for the functional and operational aspects of ERP post-implementation
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns
* Oversee AP and AR functions including managing intercompany transactions
* Oversee financial aspects of procurement activities
* Ensure accurate accounting and valuation of inventory
* Monitor and manage capital expenditures
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors to manage audit processes

Requirements:

* More than 10 years of accounting experience (cosmetics industry is preferred)
* Experience in communicating and presenting to an overseas team
* Prior management experience
* Proficient in MS Excel and PPT
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a global company is preferred
* Level 2 Bookkeeping Certification (Boki 2 Kyu)
* Native level Japanese; business level English
