Executive Assistantのprofessionalな方を探していますRESPONSIBILITIES:
英語力については、ビジネスレベル必須です
• Manage complex calendar and meeting arrangement
• Arrange business trips both domestic and international
• Coordinate logistics for domestic and international visitors
• Handle expense and dedicated time reports for projects
• Organize and support events

Experience
5+ years relevant experience as an executive assistant or a group assistant:
- experience in financial services or consulting industry would be additive to the role
Education and Language
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Native level Japanese and with business level English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Compliance
• Capacity to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
