仕事内容: Drive strategic and operational responsibility for implementing Quality strategy to meet customer expectations for business and lead customer quality and warranty improvement activities globally.
- To drive best-in-class quality performance to meet customer quality requirements and satisfaction.
- To drive fast and robust reactions for quality issues upon customer escalations/concerns.
- To daily manage the quality team and make a stronger team to meet customer needs.
- To implement regional and global level quality strategies and processes.
- Drive warranty spending and expense reduction for all JOEM business globally, and ensure global warranty process/procedure compliance.
- Track, consolidate, analyze, and report quality data and JOEM quality issues.
- Function as overall JOEM customer quality lead to facilitate reports, escalations, supports needed for all JOEM quality topics.
- To ensure the annual cost of quality (personal, travel, sorting/PDI and others) is within the budget.

応募資格

必須: Required
- Experience for Electrical/Mechanical/Process Quality Control within Automotive.
- Experience for managing JOEM from customer quality control.
- Knowledge about IATF quality requirements and/or JOEM quality requirements and protocols.
- Experience for skills related to problem resolution and 8D report principal.
- People management experiences and skills.
- Experiences of working in global organization and collaboration with team overseas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
