A renowned renewable energy company is looking for an Investment Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a pipeline with developers
* Evaluate asset returns and conduct due diligence
* Monitor updates from developers post-Investment Committee phase
* Prepare IC memos for acquisition, updates, and exits
* Analyse cash flow needs for assets
* Identify investors and structure debt and equity opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or engineering
* 2-6 years of experience in the financial industry or a consulting firm
* Experience in financial models is a plus
* Prior experience in legal and contract management is preferred
* Knowledge of financial terminology
* Familiarity with the renewable energy sector (process and key stakeholders)
* Proficient in Japanese and English
