A multinational manufacturer of healthcare products is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop category and brand strategies using insights from trade and shopper marketing
* Collaborate with franchise teams to represent CDD in category and brand strategy development
* Create and update Customer Selling Stories every 6 months
* Set KPIs and develop action plans to achieve them on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
* Manage and coach team members through OJT and long-term development plans
* Oversee the execution of strategies and monitor performance to drive success
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 7 years of experience in FMCG business
* Knowledge of business development and marketing
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
