A global pet healthcare company is looking for a Manager of Customer and Technical Support.Responsibilities:
* Lead customer advocacy efforts and drive a customer-centric culture
* Ensure Customer Support departments exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service
* Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to direct reports
* Participate actively in operational and leadership meetings
* Monitor functional performance and identify areas for customer experience improvement
* Optimise business processes to align with the company strategy
* Build employee morale, engagement, and motivation, ensuring proper team staffing
* Identify opportunities for operational improvements, including people, processes, and technology
* Set, measure, and achieve customer service excellence levels and standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, industrial technology, engineering or science
* More than 5 years of experience in a customer service and technical support role
* More than 5 years of experience leading a team of customer service or service centre support staff
* Experience in people management
* Prior experience in the veterinary industry is desired
* Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
