A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Director of Digital Customer Engagement.Responsibilities:
* Create and execute digital engagement strategies to improve customer interactions across all digital channels
* Analyse and map the customer journey to enhance the digital experience
* Develop and optimise digital solutions for websites, social media, and email, aligning with content strategies
* Manage owned, paid, and earned digital channels to ensure a cohesive customer experience
* Oversee digital engagement operations, including project management and resource allocation
* Monitor digital engagement metrics and make data-driven improvements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Practical experience in digital marketing or customer engagement
* Hands on experience in operational management
* Previous people management experience
* Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies and CRM systems
* Strong understanding of digital trends
* Proficiency with digital analytics tools
* Possess a valid certification in digital marketing or related fields
* Native level Japanese; business level English
