グローバル最高会計責任者（米国）に報告する会計ディレクターとして、ファイナンスチームを監督し、国内の業務における広範な会計および財務活動に責任を持ちます。•Supervise the Accounting team to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the monthly close and the production of reporting for the corporate team, lenders and local senior management.
•Drive the financial planning process at the business unit and executive level, inclusive of kick-off meetings, deadlines, assumptions, data format/loads.
•Build a composite view of the company including profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet impacts.
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards and consistency in financial reporting. Own the group reporting requirements. Review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring transactions are properly reported in accordance with US GAAP, internal accounting policies and procedures and timely performed based on the monthly closing schedule

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar.
•SPCに関する経験
•10 + years of experience which should include strong accounting leadership experience and public accounting, preferably from a firm.
•Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, consistently identifying opportunities for improvement.
•Proven experience in team management and multi-national environments.
•Ability to manage complexity, including a high volume of subsidiaries, bank accounts, and intricate financial structures.
•Experience with Netsuite, Excel, and Access is highly advantageous.
•Familiarity with the renewable energy industry is preferred.
