A global digital marketing company is seeking a Customer Manager.Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with brand marketing teams
* Manage assigned business unit portfolios and identify growth opportunities
* Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations
* Act as the main point of contact for campaign management and project updates
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences
* Support account operations and ensure seamless execution of activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in advertising, marketing, media, design, or a relevant domain
* Experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing or advertising
* Prior experience as an Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, or a relevant role is a plus
* Proven experience delivering brand team-focused solutions
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
