A renowned IT consulting company is looking for an IT Manager.Responsibilities:
* Act as primary IT liaison with business units, translating business needs into technical specifications
* Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery
* Coordinate with global IT teams to align local projects with global standards and strategy
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all IT projects, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
* Provide technical guidance, evaluate solutions, and recommend technologies to support business needs
* Manage resources, budgets, and project teams, including developers, analysts, and vendors
* Identify and implement process improvements and maintain detailed project documentation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
* More than 5 years of experience in IT project management or related role
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* Proven track record in managing complex IT projects
* Fluent level English
