A global luxury company is looking for a Retail Training Manager.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HQ to update seasonal education materials
* Analyse training impact through sales results and client feedback
* Visit retail boutiques to work closely with Client Advisors
* Observe client interactions to identify improvement areas
* Coach Client Advisors in developing storytelling skills
* Organise role-playing activities for challenging client scenarios
Requirements:
* Experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or a relevant role
* Prior experience in client and selling
* Proven experience in luxury sector is a plus
* Knowledge of luxury retail
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Possess valid training certification is preferred
