A global information and communications technology company is seeking a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and business analysis for assigned units
* Identify financial risks, provide expert advice, and improve operational quality
* Support pre-sales teams with financial analysis and project management
* Analyse client financial reports and design comprehensive financial solutions
* Build client relationships from a financial perspective
* Supervise risk control for business units, ensuring reliable financial reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance-related field
* 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and report writing
* Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
* Native level Chinese; professional level Japanese and English
