A renowned international household appliance manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead and monitor local product planning and development
* Provide product expertise and support to regional business teams
* Coordinate with product management, R&D, and other departments
* Collaborate with vendors to modify products to meet local requirements
* Conduct product training for internal teams, customers, and consultants
* Create training materials to support business objectives
* Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with sector strategy
* Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
* Track competitor products and market share with business intelligence teams
* Analyse marketplace dynamics and benchmark against competition
* Manage warehouse operations and product localisation
* Create product manuals and work instructions for localised products
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in product management, product planning, and product development for finished goods
* Experience in B2B market
* Understanding of similar products or home electric appliances industry is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
