A global electronics manufacturer is looking for an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management to implement HR strategy and drive business goals
* Manage HR operations including compliance, employee relations, and offboarding
* Lead or participate in global and regional HR programs like DEI, M&A, and CSR
* Provide HR insights during project enhancements and advise on policies and practices
* Coach managers on global and local HR processes, regulations, and best practices
* Address sensitive HR issues and guide employee relations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 8 years of experience in HR
* Experience in a complex matrix organisation and managing global or regional projects or M&A is a plus
* Understanding of Japanese labour law and regulation
* Business level Japanese and English
