Key Responsibilities
•Drive distribution strategy from Warehouse and Wholesaler to HCOs, managing the relationship with the third parities, monitoring their performance and ensuring that they comply with GDP and regulations.
•Ensure stable supply of our products to patients
oRealize optimised stocks at each point of distribution chain by monitoring the stocks at warehouses and wholesalers and understanding the seasonable change of demands.
oManage and negotiate with wholesalers and logistics venders to enable on-time delivery of the products.
oMonitor the consumption and expiry date of the products at the whole distribution chain in Japan and take corrective actions.
oIn case of emergency and natural disasters etc, monitor and act to enable continuous supply of the products to the patients
•Drive Japan distribution strategy and negotiate with warehouses and wholesalers aiming better performance to support Japan business strategy.
•Enhance our value in Japan Market
oManage and partner with wholesalers to sell our product with optimized price to HCOs.
oAnalyse the price of the products from wholesalers to HCOs, estimate the future price changes, and communicate with internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
oAnalyse and propose optimized invoice price providing market data to internal stakeholders.
oNegotiate and agree on the invoice price, which is agreed internally beforehand, with wholesalers.
•Act as a representative of Japan for the global supply chain, ensuring the products arrive in Japan without delay and stocks are managed properly.
oForecast and place orders for each product considering the LT of whole supply chain.
oEnsure the optimised minimum stock level at each month through periodical meetings with Japan marketing and sales team.
oEnsure that lot numbers are in order.
oManage and find solutions working with global supply chain team in case of any supply risk.
oOrdering, invoicing, and return administrations

- 必須

・Graduate – ideally life sciences or supply chain degree
・5 years pharmaceutical industry experiences including having worked in distribution roles
・Knowledge of GCP
・Working knowledge of the healthcare systems in Japan
・Proven track record of having undertaken distribution roles within the pharmaceutical industry
・Native Japanese and advanced business English
