An international airline company is searching for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Update management on new local requirements that may affect risk exposure or working procedures
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and balance sheet items in the general ledger
* Prepare budgets, forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis
* Ensure payments are approved and released in a timely manner
* Prepare business cases when required and monitor costs for business projects
* Lead, support, and encourage your team to achieve success
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of finance or accounting experience
* More than 2 years of demonstrable experience in leading a high-performing team
* Experience in the airline industry is advantageous
* Experience in SAP is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills at all levels in the organisation
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
