An international chemical manufacturer is searching for a CS Supervisor. The selected applicant will be responsible for handling order and delivery management, contributing directly to achieving group targets. This is a hybrid role.
仕事内容

An international chemical manufacturer is searching for a CS Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
* Manage SAP orders or delivery of bulk and packages
* Provide order management-related expertise for process problem-solving
* Ensure proper Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
* Control Logistics Service Providers ensuring on-time delivery and shipment
* Identify and implement improvements in related process areas
* Direct implementation of customer service-related projects
Requirements:
* Project management experience
* Good communication skills
* Experience leading a small team
* Experience in sales orders and delivery handling with SAP
* Understanding of the whole OTC process
* Knowledge of transportation, distribution, and logistics
