A foreign technology company is searching for a Legal Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and revise relevant contractual documents in both Japanese and English
* Support contract conclusion and manage contract documentation
* Optimise corporate compliance and manage internal communication between group companies
* Prepare corporate governance documents, meet legal requirements, support investment projects, and conduct due diligence
* Act as a liaison with external lawyers and patent attorneys
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of practical legal experience
* Business level Japanese; fluent level English
