A multinational food brand is searching for a Learning & Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop retail operations manuals and sales instructions
* Train new area managers for retail training programs
* Coach area managers to improve their teaching and coaching skills
* Develop motivational, sales achievement, and incentive programs
* Manage the Mystery Shop Program for the company's own stores
* Monitor sales performance after program implementation to determine effectiveness
* Lead performance management, talent review, and succession planning initiatives
* Plan effective onboarding programs
* Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 8-10 years of training experience
* Technical knowledge about training and adult education principles
* Retail expertise with a good understanding of the retail environment is highly desirable
* Prior retail store experience is preferable
* Native level Japanese; business level English (bilingual skills at a cultural level is desirable)
