An international manufacturing company is looking for an Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Sell software products to companies and institutes that use 3D printers
* Generate leads through marketing activities and networking
* Work proactively to identify new market potentials
* Collaborate with Sales Application Engineers for technical support
* Transition towards annual license sales and enterprise-like products
* Adopt a consultative sales approach tailored to customer needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant major is preferred
* More than 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (B2B environment is desirable)
* Experience in direct sales with end users
* Experience with lead generation and inbound marketing efforts
* Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and forecasting
* Knowledge of indirect sales (reseller) strategies and practices
* Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
