A global financial services group is looking for a Principle Developer / Technical Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Analyse user requirements and create software solutions that meet those requirements
* Manage projects leveraging technical and project management expertise
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and high-quality software delivery
* Document software design, development, and maintenance processes for knowledge transfer
* Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to ensure competitiveness of software systems
* Troubleshoot software system issues and resolve them quickly
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computing, Math, or Engineering
* More than 10 years of development experience with Python or Core Java
* Practical experience with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
* Prior experience in automation, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform)
* Hands on experience integrating RESTful APIs is a plus
* Previous experience in developing applications for public/private/hybrid clouds is desired
* Development experience of any of these technologies (AWS cloud, Kubernetes, Docker) is preferred
* Experience of enterprise Change and Incident Management (ITIL or similar)
* Proficient in various programming languages and tools (Python, JavaScript)
* Possess a valid PMI PMP or PMI ACP (for TPM) qualification is ideal
* Native level Japanese; basic level English
