A global electronics manufacturer is seeking a Senior Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Acquire new business and manage accounts for cockpit electronics and electrification components
* Secure new programs and components; handle RFQs and negotiate prices
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with vehicle plans and product trends
* Promote sales activities and handle customer complaints
* Build relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, engineering, and quality departments
* Lead internal coordination to support customer strategies and engage global teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years in automotive parts manufacturing
* More than 5 years sales experience
* More than 3 years overseas experience
* Proven experience in securing new business
* Experience in leading and managing a sales organisation
* Knowledge of automotive and parts industry
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in Japanese and English
