A global automobile manufacturer is looking for an Executive Assistant.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the COO's calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts
* Organise executive meetings and prepare relevant materials in advance
* Serve as the main contact between the COO and executives, clients, and partners
* Support the COO on strategic projects, tracking progress and coordinating with teams
* Handle personal tasks for the COO, including appointments and household services
* Support budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, communications, or a relevant domain
* More than 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or related role supporting senior executives (international setting is ideal)
* Experience coordinating across APAC regions
* Understanding of Japanese cultural practices is a plus
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
