* Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business analysis and commercial controlling support for Agricultural Solutions business in Japan.
* Act as financial advisor, challenger and business partner to the Agricultural Solutions Japan Business Area Director and local management team, in all matters of financial relevance including business steering and projects/initiatives.
* Be the part of Agricultural Solutions Leadership team in Japan to enrich collaboration and help drive business strategy with due contribution as Controller.
* Be the go-to person for Compliance matters.
* As local leadership team member, active initiatives are expected in business management and organizational development.

* Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling
* Advanced finance and accounting knowledge and experience, proficiency in interpretation and analysis of financial reports.
* Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
* Good command in English.
