A global electrical solutions company is seeking a Japan Country Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute Japan's country strategy and profit plan
* Drive financial performance, managing budgets and sales objectives
* Oversee strategic growth initiatives and regularly review progress
* Collaborate closely with regional teams and manage key accounts
* Lead Japan's talent pipeline, building future leaders and succession planning
* Manage major projects and support cross-functional initiatives
* Ensure team engagement and foster synergy across GEIS business
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
* Proven industry experience with a strong performance track record
* Prior experience in competitive business modelling
* Experience in change management
* Expertise in project management and business development
* Strong channel management skills
* Proficient in English
