A global technology company is looking for a Pre-sales Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Provide in-depth technical expertise on 4G/5G infrastructure solutions to mobile operator (MNO) clients
* Understand and address MNO RF planning pain points with tailored infrastructure designs
* Develop and deliver field trial demonstrations in collaboration with MNO clients
* Bridge communication between sales, technical support, and product development for seamless solution delivery
* Stay updated on RF Planning, 5G equipment, and industry trends to inform solutions
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MNO clients by delivering exceptional service
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent in electronics, telecommunications engineering, computer technology, or related field
* More than 15 years of experience with a mobile operator or telecommunications equipment vendor
* Experience with 3GPP 5G NR Specifications and complex wireless infrastructure projects
* In-depth knowledge of 5G network architecture and equipment from Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson
* Strong communication and presentation skills for MNO client interactions
* Proven ability to design creative, effective solutions for MNO business challenges
* Native level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
