Promote and partner in providing a working environment that reflects company culture, employee engagement and compliance with local regulations.
Support leaders in creating and sustaining an inclusive, respectful and performing business environment.
Lead the local deployment and activation of business and enterprise driven people plans.
Partner in the creation of solution and service delivery that meets business and employee needs.
Listen, engage, propose a plan and provide coaching around people and organizational concerns.
Partner on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility and community engagement.

- 必須

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years in a HR Business Partner or strategic talent management role.
HR experience working in a Corporate, Multi-National or matrixed organization.
Expertise in local labor laws, regulations and practices.
Strong employee relations experience.
Labor relations and union negotiation experience - preferred.
Language Skill - Japanese: Native level, English: Business level
