- 仕事内容

Global Account Manager for Power Key Account Power and Sensor SystemsAccount management: Drive customer/EMS and OEMs/ distributor to achieve aligned Target of Design Win and Revenue as of Account Sales, also Demand Fulfillment management
- If customer is Global basis Japanese customer, then will work with other region to achieve Target
- Strategy: Create Account Strategies plan and align with Marketing/Business Unit and GAM based on TAM/SAM/SOM Analysis
- Responsibility: Take responsibility as of Account Sales
- Reporting Sales activities on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly meetings

◎必須経験:
- 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須) Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill
- 英語語学力(TOEIC7000 以上) / Business English skill (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference/Business Negotiation)
- PC スキル(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- チームワーカー / Good team spirit
- Logical thinking skill based on fact
- 半導体の Key Account Sales Manager の経験 5 年以上
- People Management or Team leader の経験 3 年以上

◎求められる 技術、知識、 スキル、経験:
- Global Account Sales Manager, responsibility to Japanese major customer to drive business to achieve Revenue and Design Win Target
- Basic product knowledge of semiconductor is required. Preferred to have knowledge of power IC, Analog IC, MCU
-Have the ownership sprit and drive business with customer, distributor, and internal resources to create win-win business
- Capability of check the status for operational topics (booking, ordering, backlog, inventory, etc.)
