A global leader in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Plant Controller.Responsibilities:
* Roll out product costing methodology in Japan to align with group practices
* Design and maintain accurate standard costs for products in Japanese plants
* Conduct regular variance analysis to identify cost deviations and take corrective actions
* Provide proactive financial support to plant management to protect assets and maximise profitability
* Monitor KPIs to assess plant performance and suggest areas for improvement
* Develop cost-saving initiatives and collaborate with plant operations to optimise production processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* More than 5 years of manufacturing controlling experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
* Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, InfoR, and Onestream is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent level English and Japanese
