A global IT company is looking for an HR Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Implement strategic HR initiatives with people managers
* Analyse HR data to recommend proactive solutions
* Collaborate with teams to design learning and development programs
* Work with COE to foster a high-performing culture
* Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution
* Support performance management and disciplinary actions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of experience in human resource functions
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Business level English; fluent level Japanese
